I found an honest mechanic!!! I took my truck to Aamco and they gave me a quote for over 1000.00 dollars. I took it to Omars auto repair shop and saved big time. My ticket was close to 200.00 big difference. I am very happy and my truck is running perfect. Thank you Omar!

FYI the first review on this website was written by the owner- look at the user name which happens to be his email name. Too funny.

Bought a 2000 Audi for our Son 1/8/2012 from Owner Omar Guitierrez and have had nothing but MAJOR issues with the car and dealership. Owner Omar assured us this would be a great car for our son since his brother was an auto mechanic and was the past owner. $4700 was the purchase price (cash). 1/20/2012 need to have car towed on our dime to Omar and purchase new battery. After driving it minimal miles around town for 5 months, in 6/2012 Engine completely failed. Brought it back to Omar who put a rebuilt engine in it with a 6 month warranty. Paid $2968.52. Our son left for the summer to work in NY so the car was hardly ever driven. He returned home, drove the car for about a week (just to and from school) and the engine died. Brought the car back to Omar 9/28/12 and was quoted over $1200 to fix. He said it was not under warranty because it was the mounts that were broken. Spoke to several mechanics that said they would never replace an engine without replacing the mounts. Picked the car up from Bradenton Auto and brought it to a local (honest) mechanic who is charging us under $600. Omar said he was would do it for $900 (after his original quote of $1200) and that was with no labor costs so obviously that was just another ploy to take money from a 19year old kid. Omar and Bradenton Auto Center should be ashamed of themselves. I will never go there and I will make sure I tell everyone I know that they are scam artists. Buyer Beware!! Do not buy a car from this place! Old name was SRQ motors..fyi After I wrote reviews, he emailed us and said he would send us $340 for the labor costs and never did. He will probably respond to this with a bunch of lies like he did on my google review. I am not a person who writes reviews unless they are good ones. In fact this is really the only negative review I have ever posted. Car is Back in the shop today...! But not Bradenton Auto center that is for sure.

I have been taking my vehicle at this shop for the past years since i bought it. The owner is very helpful and answered all my questions. I wouldn't trust any other shop. Highly recommend Bradenton Auto Center. :)
