Horrible service. Not trustworthy.

Chris & his crew repaired a major plumbing problem in our mobile home. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and trustworthy. The job was successfully completed as quickly as possible and we appreciated the great cleanup afterwards. We would definitely hire again.

We recently replaced our Corian kitchen countertop with a granite countertop with a brand new water sink, and needed plumbing service to install the new faucet and hook up the garbage disposer. My wife and I wanted to make sure the plumbing works so we went to the master of plumbing. Master indeed, not only did we get everything done perfectly and in a very timely fashion, but also did the owner of the business himself offer excellent customer service and service warrantee which assures us that we can count on 1st USA Plumbing for our future plumbing needs. Outstanding service and we highly recommend 1st USA Plumbing to anyone who wants to have worry-free plumbing services.

I was reading all the reviews and I whole heartly agree with all the great comments. Chris is great at what he does, he is fast not only on his response to your needy call, but he also works fast to fix the problem. He never leaves you in the lurch. He listens to you!! He tells you what he is going to do and he DOES it fawlessly.

Chris is always there when you need him and his workmanship is excellent. Have not had a complaint on the many plumbing projects he has done in my home. I can't say enough about this plumber. Having moved from the north, I was concerned about finding a plumber. It is like trying to find a new doctor. But Chris cancelled out all my fears. He and Steve were so patient and personable. Their expertize was so evident as they did their job, even giving explanations. The results were timely and clean.
