My husband and I lived in the Bridger Village apartments for three years. Our overall experience there was very good. We thought that the landlord was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. He responded quickly to our maintenance requests and worked hard to keep the buildings and grounds clean. One thing that we didn't like was the internet that was provided. It was so slow and unreliable (even though we were paying an extra 10 dollars a month for high speed) that we eventually had to switch to a different provider that was more expensive. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our time at Bridger Village and would definitely recommend these apartments to our friends!

I only give this one star because I don't have the option of giving zero stars. If this was the last place in the world to live I still wouldn't recommend it. The owner/manager was nit picky about every thing, invasive to the point of not having any privacy, cheap, greedy, etc.... He includes utilities so he clamps down on everything. You get 8 minutes of hot water for showers. He turns down the boilers in the summer but, still leaves them on so you roast to the point of giving in and paying his extortion of $60/month to be able to use your own AC unit that he insists on installing. He does inspections every six months to further infringe on your privacy. He raises the rent by $25.00 every year when the rent was already high and you're not getting anything extra for your money. When I moved out I had a clean freak come in and clean my studio for 5 hours. The owner claimed he had to have 8 more hours of cleaning done at $30.00/hour on a friggin' studio with less than 300 square ft.

I lived in GreenTree and Bridger Village for several years. These apartments were a heck of a deal. I have to recommend living on the top floor so you don't have noise above. The staff is nice and fair, provided you're a good tenant, pay your rent on time, and whatnot. The damage evaluations at the end of both apartments were assessed fairly despite a fair amount of wear and tear I put on the units. Overall 5/5.

PAPER thin walls, ceilings, and floors. VERY loud since its right on Main Street and Babcock Some nice neighbors but for the most part a large quantity of low income poor quality people. I witnessed several drug deals go down in the parking lot. Almost had my neighbor attack me twice. Landlord did absolutely nothing about any of it. When I checked out I was told I had a clean place except for the stove. I was then charged 4 hours ($120) of cleaning for the stove......it wasnt that dirty. So basically they screw you on all levels and dont expect money back. All in all.....its cheap and a good bundle of services. But its cheap for a reason.....it sucks dont live there!!!!
