What's a roll-up door? Roll-up doors are like garage doors they roll up overhead for easy access. They're usually wider than swing doors, so it’s easy to move things in and out. Does Public Storage provide locks? Do you keep a key to my storage unit? You can purchase a new, sealed lock in our main lobby. No one else has a key to locks purchased - just you. If you prefer to provide your own lock, you're welcome to do so. Note that some spaces require specialty locks. Specialty locks are available for purchase at our location. What sizes of units do you have? We have the following storage sizes: 5'x5' (25 sq.ft.), 5'x7.5' (37.5 Sq.Ft.), 10'x10' (100 Sq.Ft.), 10'x15' (150 Sq.Ft.) and 10'x20' (200 Sq.Ft.). Overall

Although their facilities were clean and temperature controlled, their customer service is lacking and I would not use them ever again. Number one, you have to buy THEIR lock, they will not let you use other locks. So, right away you know they are money grabbers. Number two, I was not happy with their service and lack of communication. After I put all my stuff in storage, I gave them all my contact info in case they needed to reach me. When I came back 3 months later, I was told I had forgotten to lock my unit. I remember locking it, so I have no clue what truly happened. I asked them why they didn't lock it themselves, and they said they are legally unable to touch any unit lock without an order. So, then I asked why I had not been contacted to come back and lock it, and they said they tried contacting me but one of my numbers was disconnected and the other they left a message. First of all, all of my numbers worked and I never received any message. I asked to see the numbers they called and both cell and home were put in wrong. I called both numbers they claim to have called and both numbers just rang and rang so there was no way they could have ever left a message, like they said and lied about. Then I asked why I had not been sent a letter in the mail, and their response was, "we don't do that". Of course not, because I had prepaid for 4 months, so why would they care about my belongings? I tried calling the owner but he never called me back. I would never use them again. I don't care if their facilities are clean, I care about my belongings and they did not. I am really upset with their service.

Overall
Fantastic

From the very beginning I was extremely impressed with this facility. The staff was very polite, professional, and most imporantly friendly. With the free truck rental with driver when you move in was a dream. I love the fact that they are a brand new facility; and a hurricance proof building. Which really puts my mind to rest. I have also never felt safer going to my storage because just knowing that the Boynton Beach Police are right next door. Over all my experience was an absolute dream and I would recommend this place to anyone in need to indoor storage!
