Mattress Firm

ummm yea- NO!! Where do I start on this review? Never, HAVE I MET salespeople this unprofessional in my life- here they were telling me what a great business they were- as I laid there I whipped out my phone- Googled Mattress Firm- horrible reviews- THEN I GOOGLED Better Business Bureau to see their rating ((((((( F-))))))

Then I looked on their own website at the SAME BED I was looking at in the store- after being told that's the "BEST PRICE" and they guarantee the price!.. on their WEBSITE the MATTRESS I was laying on was CHEAPER- the salesman said he couldn't do the "Internet Prices" ?? But, Wait a second???? Didn't he just tell me he guaranteed the prices?

now the final strike came when the salesman started bashing two other competitors- saying they sold used mattress's- had horrible sales people, and on, and on... he spoke more about the competition than he did with the mattress he was trying to "sell" ME..

so- I pulled out my nifty phone and googled "USED Mattress Sales" And to my SURPRISE what shows up???? A VIDEO of Mattress Firm selling used MATTRESS's WELL Back up.... Didn't he just say the other guys were selling used mattress's? that's really strange the competition didn't show up on Youtube- but Mattress Firm selling used mattress's did. ?? okay.

So, I went on my way----

OUT THE DOOR----- And bought a Mattress at the store This David GUY bashed.. You lost a customer --

So if your reading this review- and your a savvy shopper- break out your phone and do your research! it seems these mattress salespeople will tell you what ever you want to hear.
