Inn The Dog House

The place smells, is disorderly and the manager has no compassion toward the animals that are entrusted to their care. And, when a situation arises to a beloved pet, they fail to take responsibility and follow the appropriate actions. The bottom line is the place is less than desirable and never recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet and if I could give them a zero I would!

I took my pups there today after going there from the day they opened! I get nervous about my pups and I’ve told them numerous times. All I ask for is that they post a pic or two of my pups so I can view them for myself.
The owner, who’s extremely rude came on the line and started off with...why don’t you just come get your dogs..? All bc I asked hem to post a pic...! NOW I started thinking what the hell are they doing to my pups that they can’t put a pic so I can see..?
These folks used to be pleasant and professional when you drop and pick up your dogs, now they are rude, nasty and unprofessional...! She told me to come get my dogs after they’d been ther for about 2hrs...THEN I got home to find out hey charged me $32.00...! For TWO hrs. Mind you, I never gave them permission to debit my card...(it appears they just went ahead and kept my card on file-without my knowledge or permission...!
I will NEVER visit this dump again...! They suck..!

They are always fair and honest. Their prices are clearly posted on their website, so no one does a "bait and switch" as you see the other reviewer say. If you want their prices, go to their website, it is right there!

My babies look great!! Thank you for taking care of them! This place is wonderful for grooming AND for daycare!

my daughter Stephanie kervern recommended me to your facility. ever since, I would highly recommend this business. my dog amber loves it soo much. She's busy and happy all day long. and all the staff are excellent. they take such good care of my amber. it's a friendly place and very clean. if you need somewhere to leave your pet when needed, i highly recommend inn the doghouse. there is also one of the staff members to stay all night. that's a great thing. you won' be sorry. thank you Ilene Kohulka i rate inn the doghouse A+

Great place with great groomers! They are trained in both show and simple clips so they personalize my dog's clip to be a very attractive, almost show looking, easy maintenance airedale trim! She is stunning and I am happy!

Got a tour today by the friendliest receptionist I;ve ever met! Jessica showed me and my dog this great place! Her winning personality and great team members will keep me coming back for good!

Linsey did a wonderful job on my terrier! I will be returning to her and to the dog house for grooming and for their great open daycare facility! So beautiful and alway so clean.

In my opinion, this is the best dog daycare in South Florida. I have been to quite a few and none of them compare. Not only is it clean, the staff is well educated and love the dogs as if they are their own. The play areas are huge and there is a nice outside area they do water play with them!

Love love love this place. You cannot imagine how big it is until you go see! I called to visit and was pleased they gave me a tour with no appointment. They even let me see out back and many places do not let you. It is spotless and clean and to my surprise, huge! I cannot wait to use their grooming services. As it stands now my dog cannot wait to go to daycare every day. Their prices are not too bad. Ask about their specials. They should post them on their website.

We are new to this business and have been using daycare and grooming for a few months. We love how everyone knows my babies name. We walk in and all of the staff welcomes any Lucie girl with open arms. They are all so sweet and nice at the front desk. I feel very lucky to have found them for my nervousness baby. She loves it there. I feel very protective and I see a review saying their dog got an ear infection here. That's not possible and I talk to the owner every week. I can't imagine her being mean to anyone and her girls up front are super nice. I wish I found them sooner.

Just found Inn the Dog House and am in love. The place is so clean and well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and the owner is phenomenal. I love that there is both indoor and outdoor play. My dog is so happy to go to play every day. He comes home pooped from playing with his new friends.

This is an AMAZING place. Found them the first week they opened and have been, and will continue to be, a loyal customer. They love and care so much for all the dogs and cats. You really need to check them out!!!
