Will NEVER do business with Leachman again!

Found a vehicle that I was very interested in on their website. So I called & spoke with a salesman, Brian Durlin. I asked a few questions about the vehicle & then told him that we would for sure be in sometime around lunch time to look at it but I had wanted to find the things out that I'd questioned him about before I made the 1 1/2-2 hour trip all of the way up there. He insured me that it would be there. I spoke with him again to ask about sending me a pic of the truck. Anyway, long story short. My husband & I are on the interstate headed up. I was only 20 mins away from the dealership when Brian calls & tells me that he had just sold the truck. Right from underneath me. No morals! No decency! And just plain out rude! I will never even think of dealing with this company again!! They could have a brand new vehicle setting on their lot for FREE & I would not deal with them!

They try to sell the same car to multiple people without letting the individuals know, so then whoever comes up with the money first gets it and if you didn’t then oh well your out of luck. They have no morals and their word/hand shack doesn’t mean a thing. They had made us feel welcome. Found the right car, processed the paper work, and activated the insurance. We told them it would be 1 – 2 days for the bank to finalize everything. This was my son’s first car purchase, the next day the sales person called my son and said we just sold the car. Didn’t apologize or anything just said it sold then goodbye. I called them to see what was going on because everything was filled out and ready to go, we were just waiting on the bank. I was told they had been working with this other guy for two weeks and he brought in the money first. I know car salesman aren’t the most trustworthy, but come on…to try and sale the same vehicle to multiple people is just downright rude. I thought they were different, but I will never step foot on their lot again and I will be telling everyone I can not to purchase a car from them. They are so money hungry GMC made them remodel their building if they wanted to keep GMC models according to the salesperson we had.

If you have money to waste , go there ! They will take it ! They will charge you 3 times more then anywhere else for the service they do. Of course in the beginning they will give you good price. Then they will say they had to repair some other things. They dont ask you if they should. Hate this place. They seemed nice at first....

Very pleased!

I purchased my car from them and it has been wonderful for 3 years and still counting! My grandparents have always dealt with them and never had any trouble! I have taken my car there for services and they do a good job with good timing! I would highly recommend them!

This jcballe1 must be confused. I have purchased two vehicles from Carson Danley and am

extremely pleased with the vehicles I purchased and the service I was given. Carson was at a

dealership in Nashville when I bought the first vehicle. He handled everything, including finding

a very competitive interest rate. The second vehicle purchased was at the Leachman dealership

and Mr. Danley once again took care of me and my families needs. He not only took care of us he

did so with a great attitude and never mislead us about anything involved in the two deals or two

cars. I would highly recommend Carson Danley and the Leachman dealership.

Top Notch

I just had my vehicle serviced here for the first time after some disappointing rip-offs from another dealer. I was impressed by the turnaround time, Brent and Richard had me back out the door inside my lunch hour for a tire rotation and oil change. Even found a bad valve stem and fixed me up for free! Printed off a coupon online and saved $5 and the coffee wasn't too bad either. I'll be back again in 5,000 miles for sure.

Buyers Beware

CROOK CARSON DANLEY,

I spoke with a car dealer, Carson Danley, about a car listed on autotrader. Before driving the hour and a half drive to look at the car, I wanted to make sure that I could get a worthwhile trade-in value on my car. He quoted me that at a low end he would take 6,000 for my trade in. I made an appointment to see the vehicle for Friday; when I arrived at the scheduled time the vehicle was not there. I was told that the dealership had loaned out the vehicle to a customer who brought in her car to be worked on. That same visit I asked Carson to appraise the trade-in value for my car that I had brought in. Carson quoted me 7,500 and told me that he would get the car in the next day. However, the next day the car was still not there but he promised that when it arrived he would put it in the back and call me immediately. The car finally "arrived" at the dealership Tuesday. However, when Carson called back he said that now he could only take 5,000 for the trade in because the "numbers had changed." When I spoke to the manager he said that he was sorry and to come in and that he would honor the original appraisal value. However, after 5 when the manager had left, Carson called and said that another deal was being worked on and not to bother to come. Then when I called and spoke with the general manager and asked for the truth, he said that the car had had 12,000 worth of damage which he had not previously disclosed, and asked if I still wanted to buy it knowing that.
