I am so thankful for the IPS staff and their kindness. They were very welcoming and made me feel at home. When I had a question about my bill, there were staff members readily available to help. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at IPS.

Overall
Great Providers/Horrible Staff

Very seldom does one find him/herself perfectly pleased with every aspect of the care he or she is receiving from any particular doctor's office, but occasionally we happen upon a jewel of a practice, to which we quickly latch on and then to which we cling for dear life. Unfortunately, such is not the case with IPS. As is the much more common occurrence, IPS suffers from a terrible affliction, a disease that has yet to be named but that I have come to dub the Unbalanced Workplace Syndrome. Yes folks, they have an illness on their hands at IPS, and it appears to be quite a nasty viral infection that afflicts only the clerical staff at 165 Natchez Trace Ave. It's unclear as to whether the medical staff have been inadvertently immunized in some way or if the factor lies in their genetic composition, but the providers appear to be insusceptible to what is ripping through the office staff at alarming rates, much in the way that ignorance has been known to do; ironically, mass ignorance is a symptom, as is mass apathy, laziness, bad attitudes, and rude behavior, in general. If you should encounter one of the infected and are presented with blank stares, rolling eyes, a condescending tone of voice and/or patronizing remarks, try to remain calm and speak slowly to the individual(s) exhibiting such behavior. Remember, they are incredibly ill and the more you raise your voice or otherwise engage in discourse with them the greater is your risk of contracting the disease. To play it safe, take a few steps back and ask to speak with either your provider or a supervisor if he or she is not available at that time. Good luck to all who find themselves at the mercy of such "professionals."
