Castle Laser Tag

It would have been fine today, except for the fact that there were kids in the game who pushed my kids down the ramps and called them "F'ing white n*ggers." They claimed their dad worked there and I guess they felt that gave them the right to treat others this way..... Our hostess was very nice and we were otherwise treated very well, but I paid for my son to have fun celebrating his birthday with his friends. He came out of there upset. It's one thing to call names, but there is absolutely NO REASON for anyone to be putting their hands on my kids. I did not get what I paid for and I will be looking at other laser tag venues next time.

A great arena!!! I went for my sons birthday party a couple of months ago and we keep returning every few weeks! At the party, my party leader Dylan did all of the work for me and was very nice to my son and the guests. The building is nice and spacious, and the arena is huge! Every time I go back I always have fun and the staff is so nice. If you call or book a birthday party, ask for Emily, Charles, or Dylan, they are a big help and very friendly!

My son had his 8th birthday party at Castle Laser Tag. The staff was great, one of my son's friend was scared. The party coordinator Charles got a flashlight and took him in the arena, showed him around. I was impressed with the length Charles went to make my son's friend have a good time. Charles did all the serving and rounding the kids up, and gave us all tips on how to play. I felt like a guest not the birthday mom, usually I'm exhausted after my kids party. My husband, my mother and myself played with the kids and I think we had as much fun the kids did. As birthday goes it was the easiest party and the most fun for the whole family.

We had service from this company yesterday. The service was terrible. Even the manager was having same attitude. We would like to report it to BBB. Ask refill twice no action. The workers there laugh at me on the first refill asking attempt. On the second refill asking attempt was sample we will answer but overlooked with no action. Spoke to manager about this the answer is they should be refill it by now if no let me know, but not address about the miss behave action. Finally they even charge us the extra money for refill drink which was not even told to us before.

Be aware, this place has three games that make my 10 years old son have nightmare. Include gun killing zombies and bloodily scene. It was not clearly marked in the entrance.
