Reserved a car ahead of time and set up for them to pick me up at a car dealer. So the day I was supposed to get my rental I called them letting them know I was ready and they informed me they had no cars to give out after I was told they knew Nothing about me. I have the reservation that they emailed to me and after I said that they said I shouldn't be upset these things happen. so missed work today and tomorrow due to there incompetence. ... if you use them all I have to say is good luck
