My husband and I decided in late Fall that we would like to have a Rinnai heater installed in our home. The following week, the owner, Franz and his employee, Anthony helped us place the heater for maximum heat flow, installed the heater and new propane tank. They even helped us move out our old couches and bring in new ones. We now have a quiet and even heat source and just in time for winter. Thank you Franz and all your team. We had a propane leak in our RV tank while camping. We called Scharman and they had Bob, the tech guy come over to our campsite. Bob was very friendly, professional, and most importantly fixed the leak. I would highly recommend this company.
