Pro Nails

I go here for everything. Spa pedis are fantastic. They do shellac nails, even with fancy designs, for less than $40. Eyebrow waxing is cheap and lovely results, no redness at all. If you walk in, they'll make time for you, but it's always best to have an appointment so they can take the time to do everything without feeling rushed. Had my lower legs waxed as well, no problems there either. Staff is always pleasant, whether you're outgoing or like to keep to yourself. It ain't fancy, but it's clean, and for nail/wax maintenance, you just can't find better service at better prices.
