Eastside Medicine

I have been a patient of Dr. Pepe's for about three years now. I have always found him to be kind and easy to talk to. Last week I developed a severe throat infection that was extremely painful. The next few days were followed by a fever, and severe pain on the left side of my face. Over the weekend it got significantly worse with migraine like symptoms and lack of energy. Being a Sunday, I had a choice to either go to the ER or try and find a walk in clinic in my area that was open. I decided to call Dr. Pepe and leave a message on his voicemail, in hopes he would check it. To my surprise Dr. Pepe called me back within 15min, and asked me if I could meet him at his office in an hour. He told me he was concerned about my symptoms and wanted me to come to his office if I could. I met him an hour later, and he spent over an hour diagnosing my symptoms and finding prescriptions that would help elevate my pain and discomfort. This experience showed me that Harry Pepe is a caring and companionate Doctor, who will go out of his way to help his patients. I don't think many doctors would spend half their day off helping a sick patient (especially on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon). If you want a Doctor who is dedicated to customer service and truly cares about his patients, Harry Pepe, and Eastside Medicine is a great choice. I plan on keeping him as my general practice doctor as long as he practices in my area! Thank you Doctor Pepe for going out of your way to ensure your patient was taken care of on your day off.

What an amazing Doctor! Very professional and knowlegeable but most importantly good with patients. He takes the time to listen and then does an accurate job documenting what's happening. When my mother was in from out of town staying with me, Dr. Pepe did a fantastic job helping her out with her medical issues as well, and then he took personal time to call her Dr. back in her home state to ensure that all her treatments went as planned.



You can't ask for a more sincere, honest or helpful doctor.
