Mr. Cabral was a huge help during the purchase of our first home. He was completely professional and patient with us throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions promptly and courteously. We had an excellent experience working with him and we've happily recommended his services to family, friends, and co-workers.

We hired Mr Cabral to do a P&S agreement.

He just did the minimum that he had to without any effort to get a better terms for us in the agreement.

He also barely was willing to answer any questions or give any explanations.

Overall I would NOT recommend him at all.
