From the beginning we had issues with them. The receptionist was more into her personal life than helping clients. The lawyers would cancel our appointments and reschedule to their liking and then be late. Instead of having one main lawyer, we had four due to the main lawyer taking multiple vacations. The lawyer was not present for key parts of our case especially when we went to court. Joyce & Associates were quick to remind us the cost of there services but hesitant to give us a straight forward concrete answer to our questions. It was painful to e-mail them questions because our lawyer was always out, vacation, and would get back to us a minimum of 3 weeks later.

As we walked in, the receptionist was too busy making personal phone calls instead of helping us. We had an appointment and they were 20 minutes late. We didn't get an apology, but instead we got a cold look which made us feel like pests. The lawyer we had was never available when we needed her because she was too busy spending our money on vacations. She was not helpful and seemed to have an attitude when we asked her questions. The whole group wasn't professional, we wasted our time and tons of money. Bring your case somewhere else, where they actually respect you and your case.
