Hadco Management

I have been a resident in one of Hadco Management's property in Boston, MA for 5 years now and feel so grateful to have found this place. It was my first time moving out of home and I was searching for a location that was convenient to commute to work. In addition, I was also looking for an apartment that was in a safe location. It is located in the heart of the city and the nearby public transportation stops are within walk-able distance. The entire process of renting an apartment from here was very smooth and easy. The staff at Hadco Management office are responsive when you need something. Whenever I needed to call their office, there is always someone there to take care of me. There have been no problems at all during these years living here and the Hadco Management company cares about their tenants. I would highly recommend living in these apartments to my friends and family!

Highly recommended! We had a wonderful experience as tenants in a Hadco managed property. Our rental was professionally-cleaned before we moved in, unlike any other apartment I had moved into in the past, coming from NYC. Hadco has an outstanding staff, very attentive and proactive to the needs of residents. Any time we called for a service repair, although we didn't call often, our calls would be answered professionally and sometimes they could get a service tech. out to make an adjustment the same day. Sadly, we moved for work re-location and we live in another state with a different landlord and diff. management company. We had the best service at a Hadco managed building. Wish they managed the building we live in now. Would recommend them highly to anyone considering moving to Boston! - Shea

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my life occurred while a Tenant at a HADCO property. I was made to feel so uncomfortable on the phone that I hung up on the director of leasing and never spoke to her again. Don't bother asking for anything other than what is explicitly written in the contract and no there is no room for negotiation. As long as you don't mind dealing with their clueless office staff you will have a roof over your head. They did also deal with a rodent problem and remove all the snow from the record breaking winter of 2014-2015 so that's good. All in all I would not use them again and I would not recommend them to any friends, acquaintances, or random strangers.

Most professional management company we have ever worked with! We've lived in one of their buildings since 2009 and couldn't be happier. Our apartment was repainted and professionally cleaned before we moved in, floors and bathroom spotless. The building is clean and well maintained in a great location right downtown. Our pet was accepted without a hassle! Their maintenance techs are always helpful and courteous, they reply to our service requests quickly and without issue. Five-stars! We recommend them highly!!!

Outrage rent already, they try and get Tufts students who don't realize they are being overcharged for the area and then after a year, they bump up the rent 300 per person for the privilege of staying.
