        This place is a nightmare. My friend booked this place for a ride to Logan Airport at 4:45am. They showed up at 4:40am, but when he went outside at 4:45am, they had DITCHED him with no further notification.There is no MBTA service at this hour, so I had to give him a ride or he would have missed his flight.

        I had an emergency that my daughter needed to be picked up at Logan. When I called Malden Car Service (that night) they said they could be there at midnight. One word - outstanding. Their service, rates and professional attitude is outstanding - my thanks to the driver and company!

        Notably good service experience

        Drivers punctual, VERY courteous, and cars were spotless. I'd use them again very happily. Office personnel very helpful and knowledgeable. My night out was made even better by the first class service I was given.
