        In line with Theodore Post's cautionary remarks are two adages of Peter Aldrich and Tom Eastman (Aand E. of AEW) in the heyday of the firm: 1.) I am looking for partners whose salient guiding principle is Greed, and 2.) If your opponent opens the window merely a crack, try to drive a Mack truck through it. After being a partner with them for 8 years, I retired and have since then embraced Mr. Post's quote, to wit: the principle of sowing and reaping encourages us to faithfully endure, looking not to the immediate gains, but to those which lie ahead, in the reaping of things spiritual.         Buyer Beware

        AEW (Peter C. Aldrich, Tom Eastman & Mark Waltch) Capital Mngmnt will legally do battle to take your hard earned asset, and may run your grandmother under the bus as they did mine. Watch out for AEW. "As the Sowing, the Reaping". Theodore Post - Los Angeles, CA
