DISAPPOINTING!



First, the front desk lady is a snob! Rolling eyes at your questions and choice of payment. (They charged both me and my insurance last time, so the next time I payed for it all at once then I sent the receipt to my insurance instead) Not very friendly at all. When she answers me, what she really means is "are you stupid?"



Next, there are 2 head nurses. I went in to see 1, who told me, with what I had, I needed to see the other head nurse who specializes in that field, BUT you cannot see both nurses on the same visit, so i had to make ANOTHER appointment after paying for this one!



Next appointment, check in at front desk, get weighed, put me in a room, BUT the SAME nurse walks in and says that the other nurse, the one i am suppose to see, is out sick!! And this nurse cannot treat me...so i am to make another appointment?!!!! WTF!!!! NO! i cannot do that, miss work again? PAY again? THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME AND RESCHEDULED!!!!!!!!! DUHH! i payed, in full, for BOTH visits! And i know they would have made me pay for the next (3rd) visit as well. Yes my insurance will refund me, but not for another month, that puts me behind.



To sum it all up: They are unprofessional. They just want your money! ! ! ! ! ! !
