Have now purchased several pairs of shoes, which they fitted me for each time to ensure I had the right fit and product for what I was doing (moderate hiking for one and trail running for the other). In addition, I've purchased all types of camping gear, and the staff has taken great care of me each and every time. I highly recommend this store if you're in Boone!

The team at Footsloggers not only know their products, they also know how to treat their customers. Whether in person or over the phone, I've never been treated with anything less than kindness and respect. I recently needed a replacement set of lenses for my sunglasses (dropped them on concrete...doh!) and that tiny purchase was treated with as much importance as if I'd gone in to be outfitted for an expedition. Great people, great products, great service.

Footsloggers is one of the true jewels of the high country. Its that staff and not the stuff that makes the difference. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. These folks take the time to listen to what your needs are and then take the time to help you make the right decision. I am a casual day hiker. My wife is into outdoor and travel fashion as well as fitness. My son is a 9 year old scout who has his eye on the latest Osprey youth pack. Footsloggers has something for everyone into anything outdoors.



If you are planning to hike, climb, kayak or just drive through the high country, stop in and chat with the staff. Chances are, they have been there before and can tell you what to expect as well as supply you with whatever your needs may be. They can also set you up with any permits or maps that you may need. With locations in Boone and Blowing Rock, Footsloggers is near most of the best trails and lakes in the area.

My wife and I visited for a weekend of hiking and relaxation. The staff at Footsloggers in Boone was very knowledgeable and helped us find several great hikes in the area. Our boots fit great. Highly recommend visiting this store.
