Biff Sr. agreed to perform driveway removal and replacement as well as excavation for and placing a parking pad. He did not show up on the agreed upon date and when he finally responded to my phone messages, he apologized and claimed weather delays. Shame on me, we agreed on a start date one month later. Did he arrange for utility locate, obtain the permit, or show up? Of course not. Nor have I heard from the man since. I know what he likely did. He intentionally bid more work than he could do to make sure his crew had plenty, and then they just ignored the smaller job(s). Very professional Biff, way to go!
