If you have an emergency, and you love your pet, please please please do not take your animal here. Do everything you can to avoid this place. If you have no other choice, do not have high expectations. Only go here if you need basic things like shots and checkups. But expect to pay a hefty amount.



When my dog was run over, I took her here, and this was my experience:



I was the only customer in the building when the following took place. When I first took her in, I had this bloody broken dog in my arms saying "I need help" then the lady starts casually asking for my information... I give it to her, then she disappears in the back for 3 minutes. The vet comes out and asks me for my information again... I calmly explain I already gave it to the other lady. Then she looks at the computer and confirms and starts to walk away. Then I politely enough ask "how long this is going to take this is an emergency," and she replies like I had insulted her and says, "I'm working on it!" and walks away. Then I'm just aghast at their behavior because I have a real emergency here. They haven't even glanced at my dog yet. Then the first lady has the nerve to come back out and ask me to have a seat as if this creature, bleeding out on their front desk, wasn't in any trouble at all. She explained that they didn't have any open appointments that day... It took them about 10 mins to even look at my dog. When she was taken in the back, I noticed about 5-6 people just standing around, some sitting having a drink, taking a break, no-one was doing much of anything like I thought they would have been. I never lost my temper with them or acted belligerent because I needed them to care for my animal. This initial experience was the worst of it. When they called to have me come pick up my dog, the first words they said were "We thought you were going to pick ---- up" in a patronizing tone. I had not previously been told to pick her up.... I can't think of a single word I said to deserve this kind of treatment. The majority of employees here just have a job to do, they have no compassion for your animal or you. Their customer relation skills are terrible. They wanted to operate, saying my animal would have a 50/50 chance with or without surgery. I elected to not let these guys experiment on my dog. After what I had experienced, I could not trust them. I was charged an absurd amount for an x-ray, painkillers and a one-night stay. You could put a downpayment on a small house. I felt like I was slapped around and scammed.





It seems that the address given here is incorrect at the time of this review. I had to verify it was the right clinic by checking the phone number. Pasting the address into maps sends me to family video, which is 5-6 miles from the actual clinic.

Everyone was so friendly here! My dog's vet cared so much and took plenty of time with me and my dog...My dog has issues with meeting new people, but soon he was "eating out of their hand"!
