Computer Service Plus

I have to agree with angryasian below. My daughter took her laptop in for repair and was told she needed a new hard drive. They replaced the hard drive ($65) and then charged her $120 on top of that to transfer everything from her old hard drive to her new one. It worked for about a month. I took it back to tell them the same problem had occurred. The guy did some kind of test and said the hard drive was bad. I told him they replaced the hard drive so they need to fix it. He then told me that some computers have two hard drives, so the one they replaced was still good, it was the "other" one that was bad. He opened the laptop and low and behold - there was only one hard drive! The one they had replaced and now doesn't work! He said the warranty for hard drives is only 30 days so I would have to pay for a new hard drive and then the $120 again to transfer everything. I pulled out my receipt from the first repair and showed him where it says 6 month warranty on the hard drive. He said that doesn't apply, but he would go ahead and replace the hard drive for free - how nice! But, I would still have to pay the $120 to transfer things from the "old" hard drive (the one they installed) to a new one. Why should I have to pay to do that again when it's the hard drive they installed that caused this problem?! I can't leave this review unless I give them a rating - too bad there isn't a "no star" because that's what they deserve.

Never go to this place to repair ur pc only go if you wanna deceived by these people. They are few bunch of ideots ready to trick customers to make extra money than the actual repair cost. First they will give you lower estimates and never tell you the exact solution and when you go to pick ur pc they will return it with half dead even you described the actual problem. The owner of this shop is the biggest a$$hole I've ever met in my life. Rather listening customer fairly he blames them over the mistakes of his dumb employees. This business is not worth of even one penny.
