New Moon Tattoo

So my sister and I got matching tattoos at new moon by Jared, my tattoo got horible infected witch sent me to the emergency room. I was treated for a staph infection and strep infection. The tattoo feels like a branding and so dose my sister's. After going to the emergency room I went into the shop feeling I should not have to pay for the visit to the hospital or tattoo but have never got a response other then they will fix the tat. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

HORRIBLE OWNER!!! This guy does NOT know how to run a business and has no clue what good customer service is. My girlfriend and I went in to buy two new barbells for our piercings. The owner finally put his cigarette out and came inside to help us. He did not answer any questions, he kept saying "can't do that" "nope" and any other unhelpful thing you can think of. He acted this way in front of an apprentice so he is teaching his staff that being rude is more "cool" than making money. He allowed two customers to walk out of his establishment without trying to accomodate us at all. THIS GUY DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!!! He is too arrogant to be in business.

got my Tattoo and it is just awesome.Will be back soon...didn't think that i would get a tattoo and now I'm so happy with it.I'm thinking of another one already :)

Letting my teenage daughters get pierced is something that i take very seriously and after being convinced to let them do it, i did my research and found that most places were creepy and uncomfortable. We were recommended New Moon by a neighbor and so thankful we went with them. The piercer could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the piercing and how to care for it. The waiting area was clean and very customer friendly. I feel very comfortable with them in the future!

I went to New Moon for a piercing. Everything was very clean and they were helpful and friendly. They did and great job and explained how to care for my piercing. I'm very happy and will definitely go back again.

oh the place was a dive and yes it didn't look like it was cleaned in months. me and my wife went in i got a tattoo that didnt heal for THREE MONTHS and you cant tell what it is it looks like a blob of ink i'm so disapointed. but thats not the worst of it the owner piercer wade i think was drunk and came on to my wife right in front of me. i was so pissed. DO NOT GO HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! unless of course your into drunk crack smokers and sub par work. awful!

I was very impressed with the staff and the owner, Dave.

Although my tattoo was done by an apprentice, Dave and another senior employee frequently checked the work and offered sage advice. They all treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was afterall my first tattoo. The quality of work was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. The shop and equipment was clean and sanitary. I will return and would recommend this business to friends and family.
