        Overall

        Cashier was rude when taking my money, when the food was ready another employee (female with dark hair), open the window, tossed me the food and said "bye" closing the window quickly. Both employees then laughed and looked at me after closing the window. I will never go to this place again. 08/11/2015 11:30pm is when it happened, management was notified. UPDATE: Company responded 08/13/2015 and said they will address the problem and issue some free food coupons. Will update again once I see what they are sending me.

        Not happy at all. This is the second time I have left your store at 6300 N Eagle Rd, Boise, ID unsatisfied.



        The first time I waited five minutes for service and left after I was completely ignored. Apparently, the drive thru customers are more important.



        A few minutes ago I went through the drive thru. I ordered a large #17 combo. So why did I get my sandwich, a large coke, and only a small fries? Large combo means LARGE.



        I don't think I'll be going back.
