Boise State Big Blue Carpet

We had our finished basement and basement steps cleaned, including several areas where our dogs had urinated.



I was very pleased with the Boise carpet cleaner from Big Blue that came out. They called me the same day I sent the email to provide an estimate and they were able to schedule an appointment for three days later. The estimate they gave me was exactly what I paid, and the representative even reduced the price of cleaning the stairs since it was an unexpected request. The carpet cleaner arrived on time (7:30am) and he was very friendly. He measured the area being cleaned to get a more accurate price, and after discussing his process he got to work. He moved all of the furniture that needed to be moved and placed it on top of foam blocks so as not to make an impression on the carpet after cleaning. He pre-treated the pet stained areas with an enzyme and proceeded to clean from corner to corner, up to the edges of the walls. I am VERY happy with the outcome. All of the pet stains disappeared and in the last three weeks we have not seen any new stains rise to the top as the carpet dried. It looks brand new though it is actually six year old carpet. The Boise carpet cleaning was very friendly, and he cleaned up after himself when he left. The whole cleaning took about an hour and it was a job well done. I would definitely use big blue carpet cleaners in Meridian again.

My dad fell, hit his head and bled all over the dining room carpet. The Boise carpet cleaner helped clean it all up, until it was spotless!!



First off, I am not sure I got the price he charged exactly correct BUT I can tell you I called a few other places and his price and responsiveness were the best right off the bat so that's why my dad and I went with him.



My dad is partially handicapped and he had an accident where he hit his head against the dining room table and there was a lot of blood around the surrounding area (and I mean a lot as he had cut an artery!). Unfortunately, a well-intentioned friend of his had sprayed carpet cleaner on all of the stains in the hopes of getting them out. But, as I found out from the carpet cleaner in Boise, the best thing is to not spray carpet cleaner or any other solution on the stain as it will make it more difficult, if not impossible, to get the stain completely out.



Todd, the carpet cleaning Boise guy, came within a few hours of my phone call and worked on the stains. My dad said it looked SO much better. However, Gus warned us that sometimes, with blood stains, after the carpet dries, the stain can show through again. And, that is, unfortunately, what happened. So, carpet celaner in Meridian, came out again at no charge, which we were really appreciate of.

But, then my dad told me there were still some remaining spots showing through, even after Todd's 2nd visit (as I said, he bled a lot), and Todd was so kind and came out again...at no charge!!! Believe me, my dad and I were so happy we had met such a responsible, attentive and helpful service provider. It can be a rarity to have people really stand behind their work like that.

The best part is that the stains are COMPLETELY gone! You cannot see any of the spots from the accident, which means my dad doesn't have to change his carpet!!!

We would not hesitate to use this Boise carpet cleaning service again and refer him to others. Thank you, Todd!!!

Cant say enough with how much they went out of their way to get me on the schedule the same week i called. I went down the list of boise carpet cleaners and couldnt find anyone that would come before mothers day next week.
