$110 dollars, the ridiculous amount of money I had to pay!!! This place is such a scam!!! The website is so deceiving and with filled with false advertising! They need to stop lying to the public! Don't believe this "5 star rating" it's getting on yp or on its site because this is false and untrue.
They didn't give you enough time to ask questions! The locksmith didn't even give a price or anything before he started! Service dispatcher on the phone was no help at all, saying they had no say on the price etc because the people unlocking was their own business and separate from them. So they don't even care about who's helping us or how reliable they are. What sort of company is this that doesn't even communicate to the people on ground?!!
Don't fall into their lying trap. JUST AWFUL!!

Similar to Josh W. I was assured a $20 flat rate plus $15 "depending on the complexity of the job". After the dispatcher took my address she told me that it would be right around 15 minutes. It took him over 40 to show up. Again took less than a minute to unlock my truck and said that will be $70... I was shocked and clearly upset. They doubled the quote that they originally gave. Then when I inquired about the cost the smith told me that it has nothing to do with the complexity of the job and told me that it was a $25 dispatch fee and since it was early that they were going to charge me more. That's why I asked about the price in the first place! Went back and forth between the dispatcher and driver and got several conflicting stories. In my opinion they are a bunch of dishonest crooks. Will never use them again. Long story short if you decide to use them, don't trust any quote that they give you. Seems like they don't even know their own prices and just make it up.

They were very quick to my location and speedy unlocking the car. The price was very high for how simple it was to unlock and they don't tell you the price until it is done.

Waited for over an hour for their "20 Minute Lockout Service". Called multiple times and was assured the locksmith was "almost there". Was told the cost would be $20 flat +the cost of opening the door (starting at $15) Took him less than one minute to unlock my doo but charged be $57.50 just to unlock it for a grand total of $77.50! Ridiculous!

Do these guys write their own ratings? Most expensive locksmith I've seen yet. It was a 5 min simple lock-picking and I was charged almost twice as much as other folks I've used here before. They're very vague about how much it's going to be until after the job is done and you're forced to pay them.
