Worst customer service I've ever had [post work].
Quoted 1 price over the phone (asked for; comparison pricing & to pay by check). Post work, check handed over, I got a higher price, "including tax". When I called the office over the difference, the secretary grew irate, "couldn't reach the owner" & hung up on me.
I paid on credit & disputed the difference.
On a later Fri. I called for the owner who was, "with a customer" & was told he'd call me back when he was done. 2nd call [80 min. later] & he was already "out of the office for the day". I had to wait until Mon. for him to return my call.

Installer seemed like a decent guy.
