        Take your business elsewhere

        This dealership is terrible. I have had three absolutely horrible experiences with this shop and I refuse to go back. The staff at this dealership are a bunch of inexperienced dimwits and the owner, Kermit, is a miserable, rude, pathetic, old man who doesn't deserve your business. I strongly suggest you make the trip to Lone Star BMW triumph in Austin. They are much more experienced, professional and courteous.
