Very disorganized management company. Wish landlord would wise up and use another company. Will try to avoid second location under this management company. They don't review their legal documentations before sending them out. They use the wrong address on legal documents (for the actual property they manage) and spell our business name wrong (even though spelled correctly in initial documentations). They are late on getting important items done and try to avoid preforming their responsibilities per the lease agreement. Next time will not start off as a nice person so don't get walked over. Lessons learned.
