There is a 2 hours wait for Dr Joni Kaihgobadi and then you stay there another 2 hours. it should not take 4 hours to go to the doctor

Tried to charge me for my deductible which I already met, had to spend 20 minutes on the phone calling my insurance to prove it

This doctors office is very small.. customers have to stand up in the waiting room because there is not enough seating. The building is filthy and junked up and looks like a storage room. Doesn't seem like the kind of place for Boca Raton clients.

Alls they want is for you to come back time after time for follow ups when nothing is wrong with you and your copayments and money. They don't have any American doctors which is a red flag

First visit was okay, but they insisted on making me come back after my wellness exam for the results, which ended up being 100% normal! I had to pay a $40 copay and THEN I later received a bill from clsc for $80. I called my insurance and they told me that wellness visits and follow ups are free one time in a year so they will have to credit my account now!

Not sure why it's called Specialty care when it's Primary doctor/Family Medicine. But anyway, I am a new patient due to my insurance and I saw Dr. M Khris. She rushed me and I was in her office for about 5 minutes

Someone walked in on me during my pelvic exam which the doctors office was facing the waiting room and God knows what people saw. Im so embarrased to go back. You would think the nurses know better than to barge in!!!

I have a great physician assistant Ariel Pascual at this office but the office is chaotic and nobody ever knows whats going on there..

I had to changed primary doctors because they don't provide the medicine that I have been on for 8 years. They totally do not care that I don't need to stop the medicine cold turkey, and clearly don't care about what happens to their own patient!

The worst health care provider I have ever been to period. Their front of house staff couldn't care less about you and will simply lie to you if it means doing less or no work.

They have a palpable contempt for their patients and don't do much to hide it. They'll see you right away to collect your co-pay and hammer your insurance, but forget about getting any real care out of them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The five star review below must be a lie, it is the direct opposite of my experience with this group.

You cannot get them on the phone to save your life....literally. Very difficult having to drive there to ask a question,, changing doctors because of this

don't bother scheding with dr khris because she doesnt accept new patients so can you please be clear on that online

nice doctors there but the office is a mess, you never get your referral, constant telephone and system down issues.. the phone crew does not speak clear English.

I go to Ariel Pascual and he is great. He is a PA but he should be a Doctor...its very unfortunate that he works for such an unorganized company

At clsc Doctor Marta Khris and Doctor Joni are wonderful and
I have known Reverie foryears. she is a lifesaver. Silvie was a nurse many years ago and was very good.

Doctor Ariel is very good. My big family goes to see him at this office. The ladies are so nice to us we are thankfull

I give Five stars to CLSC and Dr Khris. I can always get an appointment anytime and get superb service. Thank You

Switching locations immediately. Went in for an annual pap smear, and the "doctor" (aka physician's assistant) insisted on a nurse to help, which was already a red flag. It's an invasive enough procedure with ONE person. The incompetency of the nurse made the procedure last far longer than it should. Then half way through, someone knocks on the door and WALKS INTO THE ROOM while I'm completely undressed. Completely unacceptable.

Great doctors and nursing. You can walk in anytime or book appointments. thank u for caring for the community.

I've been a patient for years and there's always a short wait time. Dr Khris is excellent. The staff, with the exception of the front desk girl, is always working hard. I would recommend to a friend.
