I have been with Health Care Solutions since 2012. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. HCS is a In- Network provider for my insurance company. Have never had a problem with them verifying my coverage for all of my breathing equipment.

Do not go here. I wish I didn't. Everywhere I have checked has had negative reviews on this joke of a place. They gave me a machine before they double checked to see if my insurance would cover it. My insurance won't, but now I have the device and they want it back. They call multiple times a day asking for it, but I am keeping it as long as possible, until they show up here. They made the mistake...not me. Worthless moronic idiots? Yes.

Possibly the rudest, most apathetic provider of medical equipment who could somehow manage to remain in business.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration of attempting to work with this group. If you are referred to them as I was, ask your health care provider if there is someone else you can deal with. Fortunately, there are some good alternatives in the Youngstown area.
