Super friendly dealer. Was able to shop without being hounded by sales person. Found exactly what I want at a price I could afford. I'm will return to this store next time I need furniture.

Their customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. I took a painting in to be framed and they guaranteed me a date I could pick it up. When I went to get it they told me that it wasn't done and that it would be done sometime the next week. I asked why they hadn't called to let me know it wasn't done and they asked how far I had had to drive to get to the store. Then the next week I stopped in one day while driving by and there was my painting, but no one had called me to tell me that it was ready to pick up. The frame was ok, but nothing spectacular, so I will never be setting foot back in this store.
