Terrible service. We brought our car in at the end of the day earlier this week and returned a day later to find a black smudge / stain on the drivers seat. (Note that this mark was not there when we brought it in.) After 2 hours the mark was not gone and the material on the seat was beat up, still with black smudge in the seams. Wewere told that we could wait 2 days for the manager to arrive to discuss the matter.

Manager says Goodyearwilling to have the seat professionally cleaned and we could submit to corporate for reimbursement on the cleaned seat. Clean or not the condition of the material will remain damaged. The manager failed to address this issue and told us that they would be unwilling to pay for the quote we received from the local Ford dealership for the exact part in question. Unfortunately we still don't have our car and are left with a damaged seat, having to pay for the work originally completed and dealing with damage done to the vehicle while under the shop's care.
