        OWNER is a &*itch

        Staff do no know what they are doing let alone do not communicate with other staff.

        Poor CS. I would go with Perry Apartments. The owner is very friendly and very accommodating. NO BS unlike DCI, the owner does not even know the prices of each rental properties.



        If you are looking for a decent place and no BS go with Perry Apartments
