food was so so the service if you want to call it that was the worst I have ever had. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. OUR SERVER WAS RUDE AND HAD TO GET UP AND ASK FOR SOME ONE TO COME A REFIL OUR TEA! the general attitude of the staff was who cares.if if this one closes I doubt if anyone will notice it much

Minsky's is our families favorite pizza place. My personal favorite is the philly cheese steak pizza! Can't beat sour cream on pizza! Yum! They also have great fried mushrooms with ranch!!

For many soccer season's now we have all of our end of season parties here! Great food!

We visit this MINSKYS regularly. The staff is always attentive and friendly. We have been there when it's busy, slow, and just for carry out and service/cleanliness are always consistent! Shaun, the manager goes above and beyond to get feedback and let us know about specials or new additions to the menu.

Perfect Pizza, and always great service! Shaun always remembers what we like and also makes great recommendations! Minsky's appreciates their customers, and you don't see that much anymore.

My wife and I went to Minsky's Pizza last Friday. Shaun (Mgr) greeted us at the door and told us about the special for March, Cappones Pizza. We were skeptical, but tried it. Shaun kept checking to see if everything was ok and even when the pizza was being made, he said he would keep an eye on the process to make sure they did it right. Man oh man did they ever. It was FANTASTIC. We think it should be added to the normal menue. Everyone there was very friendly, especially Shaun and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. We will be going back a lot. They have the best pizza in the Kansas City area. They have awesome specialty pizza, calzones, and mexican pizza rolls!.... and the beer is cold every time

I've been enjoying Minskys for years. Great location. Great prices. Great employees. Awesome pizza. Fast service. Clean and inviting.

If like to go to a restaurant an be treated like your nothing then this is the restaurant for you. Servers are everywhere talking to each other joking with manager. You would hunk they would care about their customers. Nope not the Minsky's in Blue Springs. They wouldnt even take my order after 15mins. Not even off water or drinks. When manager is avised of this all you get is a sorry. Nothing else even when you leave ticked. What a great place to eat. Minsky's pizza obliviously does't need customers to survive.

Love the Papa Minsky's pizza. I am not fond of the new remodeling. The restaurant feels closed off now instead of being open.
