*BUYER BEWARE!* This was one of the WORST investment I have ever made. The sprinklers are normal quality nothing special but the owner Erik is a) rude b) evasive and c) doesn’t seem to care about making a good customer experience. I installed a little under a year ago and I had to beg them to come out to turn off the water and then again this season. They are not very responsive and interactive in short spouts only. I would recommend highly second guessing your purchase from them. Worst customer service ever! To give you an idea, I asked to upgrade my sprinkler system (a job you think they’d want right?) I have contacted them multiple times since April 27th by call, text, and email. They have not responded since that date and I requested a quote on April 25th... still have not gotten it! Buyers worst nightmare!

The initial work was ok, But they NEVER return calls, customer service sucks and I never take time to comment on a company,. this is the second time ever..and I would avoid them, they don't keep their word and are not dependable, don't take care of problems they make. Not happy AT all with Erik and his company.

If you want thieves and damage to your property and no customer service, then this is what you get. The first year we had them, they did a great job on the yard and always looked nice. Then one day while they were cutting the yard I caught one the workers taking pepper off my plant in the garden. I called Eric about it and he said he would take care of and did not seem happy about it. As well he should. I decieded to give them a secong chance this year and all was going good untill I found one of our drain gutters were ran over and smashed. I called Eric on it and he never called back.

Then they were not cutting along my trees as agreed and the same area as last year. Kept calling and leaving message after meassge and never any return calls from Eric. Finally got a hold of him today and he informed me they would not be coming back. Eric did not have the common courtsey to call me and let me know. So, If you want damage to your property and things taken and no customer service, this is what you will get.

The guys did an awesome job! Very clean installation, very proffessional. The yard looked great when they were finished - we could hardly tell they had just been there. My neighbors were in disbelief that we had it installed in one day! We would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks!
