Mineral Springs Apartments

This property is poorly managed. Policies are not enforced such as walking your dog on the grounds, no one picks up after their pet. Nothing gets fixed, the apartments are moldy and there is a water leak and the utility bills are out of control. The property manager is forever finding ways to get extra money out of you and her financial records are never correct. She can't keep occupants but she will keep your deposits.
