Her nationwide work experience fuses various regional and cultural influences from Mexico,Southern, Italian, Asian and classic French. Chef Nicole acquired experience in executing show stopping events such as the "Chaine de la Rotisseur" and the annual " Taste of State of St. Augustine" and was the exclusive caterer of the Frank Lloyd Wright "Davidson House" in Buffalo, NY.
