This is a family and community serving church, holding fast to the scriptures and teaching that the eternal truths given by God through the Bible were written FOR US, that we may have eternal life through Jesus Christ, and understanding that they were not written directly to us, but to other generations. This allows us to consider what these words would have meant to their original recipients--those being directly spoken to by God, through the prophets and apostles.

This church has a very close knit core of believers who have a fresh viewpoint of the Bible. They understand that it is a collection of inspired writings that were addressed to people who lived thousands of years ago, but preserved thru the ages that we could understand the eternal truths written therein. I have learned at this church, that to truly understand the Bible, we must first realize to WHOM it was written, and how they, the original recipients of the Word, would have understood it. When you look at it from this view, all the timing statements of Jesus fall into place and just MAKE SENSE. If He told his disciples that some of them standing there would be alive to see His return, why should anyone today be looking for His "Second Coming"? He has fulfilled ALL Bible prophecy, just as He said he would.
