        What a nightmare

        We checked in the front desk guy Ron was very nice and helpful. We got to are first room the keys did not work three different times.so we was moved to a different room.we stayed the first night I woke up with bits did not think anything of it could of been from being outside. Next night went to bed woke up my daughter said she was itching we got ready for bed and we found bed bugs in the bed called the desk and they moved us the new room did not have a microwave or fridge so we asked about it to the guy working the desk at night he said your key still works go get the one out of the old room and take it to the new room.so I call the 800 number and complain and they send them a copy of the complaint and they call me and tell me that I called the 800 number so I need to be out in 30 minutes or he was going to call the police or I needed to pay more money for my dogs that I was told at check in that they are free .I called the 800 number and they said that they stand by the GM if he dont want to keep me in my room now he dos not have to and they can't do anything and I would be out of my money that I put on the room ..so long story short .This hotel is a joke ... very rude front desk management .. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the housekeeping staff they was great anything I needed they got for me ... other then that the front desk manager is rude nasty and needs to learn how to speak to people and the GM - owner of this property is just out for money and he is also very rude... I will never stay here again .bed bugs and being treated rude is all this place is about...
