Bloomingdale Rescue & Recovery

I was hit and then sent to hospital...so never saw my car. These guys are liars, stating can't take picture of my car because it was under police investigation. They also wouldn't allow me to get a few things out of my car. Police said no, they are incorrect and just trying to get paid. The shack their office is in is not handicap friendly, in fact I was afraid I was going to fall on their stairs. When I got to window a towing guy told him he had a customer but all he did was swear and bullsh*t with a guy in the office. I had to bang on window to get him to help. not professional people. Can't believe Streamwood Police have a contract with them.
