ATI Physical Therapy

Beware! The PTs at the Bloomingdale location are so unprofessional! The first session I had, my female PT was 20 minutes late for my appointment. When she called me back to a room, she didn't even acknowledge that she was so late! I didn't say anything at first but toward the end of the appoinment I told her nicely that I expect her to be on time for our appointments so I can leave on time. She then has the nerve to ask a stupid question! She says, "why? Is there somewhere you need to be after this?"



I should've known from her unprofessional comment that I should steer clear of this place. I went back again, giving her a benefit of the doubt. The second meeting she is 5 minutes late. I don't mention anything. As we are in the room and I am doing my streches with one of those gowns on that they give you at a hospital, a male PT that works there just opens up the door and begins discussing another client's case with my PT DURING MY SESSION! I was mortified that any PT wouldn't have the common sense to know that you need to respect people's space in an environment like that especially when it's someone of the opposite se x in a vulnerable position!



This place needs some serious training for their employees and management! I DO NOT recommend it! I moved to the Addison ATI which has much better service!
