It is jointly owned by Comcast Cable Communications, Cox Communications and Time Warner Cable. NCC represents various system operators, such as Adlink, Bresnan Communications, Bright House Networks and Buckeye CableSystem, Cable One, Cable Vantage, Cablevision and Charter Media. In addition, it works with Insight, Mediacom, Midcontinent Business Solutions, New York Interconnect, Suddenlink Media, TMS and Viamedia. Headquartered in New York City, the company maintains more than 15 offices throughout the United States and employs nearly 500 employees. NCC maintains one of its client service centers in Bloomfield, N.J.
