        First of all I would like to let Stacy W know that I was the manager that helped you out and You proceeded to talk to me like I was your child and wouldnt let me finish any sentence I started. I have many regular clients that come to see me. We dont need your business and am glad you are taking your hard earned money else where. Your attitude and sassy comments are not needed at any establishment.

        Iam pretty sure your never happy any where you go and are just a misserable person in general. I remember seeing you not too long ago at Ulta and I said It was noce to see you and you said you thought you would give us another chance.

        You dont need to , we are doing just fine without your business.

        I will never be going to this particular Ulta ever again. The cashier, ( I'm not going to glamorize what she does) barely knew how to ring things up, was argumentative and incompetent. When I asked to speak with the manager, the manager was even worse. Very poor customer service. Was going to purchase more products but refuse to give this particular franchise location anymore of my hard-earned money. Don't appreciate being treated like that by people making $8 an hour or whatever the minimum wage is!

        Great store for products. The ...

        Great store for products. The prices are reasonable on salon styling products, styling tools, and make-up. However the salon itself is not as seasoned and developed as the rest of the store. The salon is full of new stylists, who sell themselves as seasoned pro's. Just be cautious if you go in for a salon service. While they are very nice, they are also very much still learning as they go (on your hair). They are also Redken certified, so if you prefer a different product to be used on your hair bring it with you. Also, should you be unhappy with your service, be sure to say something loud and immediately, as it took me three calls to the store and three calls to corporate before I was refunded my money.
