Phoenix Apartments

How long will people continue to say this office staff is unprofessional and the management staff continues to employee them? I lived in the Phoenix for 4 horrible years. Where do I begin? There is a huge roach and mice problem. When you come into the apartment front doors, you are bombarded with the smell of illegal drugs. The tow company is out of control. I paid my rent on time for 4 years. However, I was served with eviction papers twice. I had to prove to the incompetent office staff that I paid the rent even when they gave me the receipt. The office sends out unprofessional letters to tenets with misspelled words which they threaten you. You will always be charged if you do not comply with these letters. When I moved out, they charges me for a carpet they were going to replace any way. They charged me for moving out too late even when I turned in my keys one day in advance. They said, I broke my lease because I was suppose to move out on the last day of the month. They sent these charges right to a collection agency and they never sent me a letter. I was a good tenent. I paid my rent on time. I have no problem paying what I owe. The office staff treated me like dirt when I asked them why they would mess up my credit and not give me an opportunity to pay this. I am going to file a small claim against them for pain and suffering. I suffer from depression and anxiety and this mess with this building has drove me over the edge. YOU ALL WITH COMPLAINTS SHOULD START SUING THESE PEOPLE TO LET THEM KNOW THEY CAN NO LONGER TREAT PEOPLE ANY KIND OF A WAY. PROTEST!! HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS IN THERE POCKETS. DO NOT RENT FROM THE PHOENIX. THEY ARE RIP OFFS!!!!
