Josh joined Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates in 2008, and was named a Member in 2019. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia. Josh has considerable knowledge and experience in both audit and tax services. His extensive tax knowledge encompasses Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Non-Profit clients. Josh received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College.

Bookkeeping Services
After starting his career in 2012, Jay joined Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates as a senior accountant in 2015. Jay has participated in over eighty audits, including audits of banks, for‐profit entities in the construction and hospitality industries, non‐profits entities, employee benefit plans, counties, cities, towns, school divisions, water and sewer authorities, industrial development authorities, regional libraries, volunteer fire and rescue squads, and school activity funds. Jay has also prepared numerous financial reports for governmental, non‐profit, and for‐profit clients. Jay is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Jay is also integral in our tax department, overseeing tax returns completed and issued out of our Richmond office. Jay completes or reviews over 300 tax returns annually for individual, partnerships, corporations, not-for-profits, estates, trusts, and employee benefit plans. Jay is also integral in overseeing client services out of our Richmond office. Jay leads our client services department in conducting payroll and bookkeeping services for our clients. Jay is proud to be a veteran of the United States Army.

Financial Planning
Principal and founding member of Robinson, Farmer, Cox Associates, Robert Huff received his Bachelor of Arts from Madison College and his Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia. In his over forty year career with RFC, Robert has served numerous governmental, nonprofit and business clients, both large and small. He has considerable experience in governmental accounting, having performed the audits and provided related management services to numerous counties, cities, towns and related agencies throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He provides tax and financial planning services to a wide variety of businesses and numerous individual clients.
