They seem to want to do right, but suffer from poor communication (both internal and customer), antiquated systems and general disorganization. I like to patronize local businesses, but never again at this one.

Excellent furniture available, at a reasonable cost. The location was easy to find and well worth the travel time form Raleigh

My husband and I just recently purchased carpet from Tyson Furniture and had it installed. Tyson Furniture's carpet installation crew was so professional, they did a awesome job.



I would recommend Tyson Furniture for your carpet needs.

Don't go there. I've had a bad experience with the sales woman. I hope to get some action. I paid extra to have the high end graded cushions on my sofa and feathers are seeping out. Major problem, then the cushions are rolling over like they've had years of use. Then the saleswoman ruched me, made my decisions for me then wanted a $700+ restocking fee for the sofa that wasn't made yet. I'm really pissed.

Never shop here!!! I purchased 2 twin beds, mattress sets, dresser and mirror at closing on Thurs Jan 3 2013. I called the next morning to order a third bed Brenda told me that the headboards were tall. I then checked and realized they would not work. At this time i tried to cancel the order on the beds. I am then informed of a 15% restocking fee. The items have never left the store. I then returned to store to find something else so that i would not be charged a restocking fee. I could not find anything. Brenda even tried to find a bed that would work. They did not have one and i was still told i would have to pay the fee. Was told to call Rick the sales rep the next day. Rick then tried to force me to keep the mattresses even though i had no bed to use them on. After him telling me several times there was no reason why i couldnt keep the mattresses i told him to cancel the entire order. I also spoke with Danny Plemmons who also told me to keep mattresses and I would have pay fee. I do not see how a business can get away with this practice. I was charged $196.20 restocking fee for items that never left store.
