        Finding a groomer for XL breeds is tough here in GTF. I have taken my St. Bernard to BYOD for over a year now and I would not take him anywhere else again. Past experiences was that my pup would have to be at other groomers all day and he would be super upset. It was also crazy expensive! At BYOD he is in and out within a couple of hours and he really likes Ruth and Kathy. They took the time he needed getting over bad grooming experiences and being around strangers. It is a great price for a large dog as well. They do not take credit cards which is fine, just remember to bring some cash or a check.

        My dog was super dirty last we...

        My dog was super dirty last week so I looked around and I found BYOD. I walked into the shop and immediately noticed a terrible stench. The place was filthy! Furthermore the people were incredibly rude when they informed me that they do not accept credit cards. I was so put off that I left right away. Needless to say I won't ever be returning to this facility.

        Having been in business with a large grateful and faithful customer base for the past eight and onehalf years, i could understand why a new customer would find B.Y.O.D. smelly. As Thelma S stated, she was there with her filthy dog, other customers must have had the same idea as she and made the effort to go to a trusted facility and clean there four legged friend. Wet,dirty dogs do smell. The tubs are cleaned after every pet, drying tables are wiped completely and the floor is vaccumed and cleaned. At the end of the day the entire facility is thoroughly cleaned. There has never been an insidence of contamination in the B.Y.O.D. We have kept our prices the same for the customer since the beginning in 2004 therefore we still don't accept credit cards as a method of savings for you the customer.
