They always seem like you are bothering them if you have to call. we rented from them for 2 years we never had to call them to repair anything etc. there was a couple things that were going on outside with a side yard and they never once sent anybody out to repair it I had a couple friends also live in the condos and they could never get them to fix anything. We moved out and did a final walk through Ridge he had said everything was good except a couple items that we knew about we had everything 100% clean. I have pictures and video of it all we never wore shoes in there and took extremely good care of it the whole time we lived there. there was nothing for them to have to do when we moved except the 2 small things. he signed off and said we were all good. Three weeks later when we got the refund check we had a huge list of items that supposedly needed done after the walk through some of it was very petty like replacing a light bulb that was burnt out we scrubbed everything top to bottom inside and out and he said everything looks great but on the list that they just sent us they said they had to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen they will keep your money for absolutely no reason just the way they are. Absolutely do not rent from them

I couldn't agree more with Bobbington's review. I've never been treated so poorly from a property management company. They were insulting, rude, and unprofessional to the extreme. They are a husband and wife duo named Nancy and Ridge. We were very excited to rent a duplex from them that we fell in love with. We ended up backing out of deal despite how badly we wanted the house due to their behavior toward us. No prospective tenant deserves to be treated as poorly as we were. What a terrible experience. So glad we didn't sign the lease! Nothing has changed apparently since that other review in 2009. Do not waste your time with this ridiculous property management "company."

I have rented from this company for several years without ever causing them a problem. Every time I call to ask a question the wife of this landlord duo acts as though she is put off by even having to speak with me. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. I don't even bother calling anymore because I don't feel like getting yelled at for asking a simple question. I have had too many headaches to list with this company. I just want to save potential renters from the experience of dealing with a "company" that is rude, unprofessional and at times even childish.
